What’s buzzing this week? Let Steve Kemble, US Weekly Fashion Police Top Cop and America’s Sassiest Lifestyle Guru, fill you in on the news everyone’s going to be talking about:

Ben Affleck has completed treatment for alcohol addiction. In a moving declaration on his Facebook page, Affleck said, “I have completed treatment for alcohol addiction; something I’ve dealt with in the past and will continue to confront.” He went on to say, “I want to live life to the fullest and be the best father I can be. I want my kids to know there is no shame in getting help when you need it. and to be a source of strength for anyone out there who needs help but is afraid to take the first step”. CONGRATULATIONS Ben! Well done!

Mark Wahlberg has signed a $10 million dollar deal with AT&T to appear in their digital and television ads! Production is slated to begin this week! He joins Taylor Swift who also recently signed with the telecom giant!

Nick Cannon proved he has no bad blood toward Tyra Banks now that it has been announced that she has signed on and will replace him as host of America’s Got Talent! How did he prove it? He sent Banks a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a note that read “congratulations and good luck on AGT”. She responded by posting a pic of the flowers and card on her social media with a note that read, “made me smile”. Cannon abruptly left in February after he made references to AGT and NBC on his Showtime special.

Viola Davis will definitely have a place to put the Oscar she won for Best Supporting Actress for her role in “Fences”! Davis just bought a new $5.7 million dollar, 7,500 square foot home in Toluca Lake, California.  Davis is currently starring in “How To Get Away with Murder” on ABC.

Dolly Parton has helped 921 people in East Tennessee that lost their homes in the wildfires that engulfed the area in December of last year. Parton gave $1,000 a month for 6 months to each family through her “My People Fund”. Two juveniles were charged with arson in the fires that left 14 dead.
